Alicia is the CFO/Vice President of Farm Pump & Irrigation. She joined the team in 1993 and was fortunate to learn the inner workings of the business from both her Papa, Larry, and her father, John. She worked closely with her father for 29 years, learning exactly what Farm Pump & Irrigation does to support our customers and employees.
Alicia takes pride in the hard work and dedication of our team at Farm Pump & Irrigation. Their tireless efforts and commitment to excellence make her job run that much more smoothly. She greatly enjoys her daily interactions with co-workers and customers, many of whom she has had the pleasure of working with for over 10 years. She believes fostering these long-term relationships makes a huge difference in the success of our business and our customers.
She is a member of the National Ground Water Association (NGWA). In her free time, Alicia enjoys spending time with friends and family and taking trips to new and old places. She loves trying new things and meeting new people.
Purchasing Agent
Tenure: 25 years
Amy Gargan is Farm Pump & Irrigation’s Purchasing Agent. She grew up in the business alongside her sister, Alicia, learning the ins and outs of the company from their father, John Gargan. Amy’s tenure at Farm Pump has included Receptionist, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, and Purchasing.
Amy works closely with Customers, Vendors, and Staff members, from Sales Managers and Warehouse Supervisors to Shop Supervisors and Field Workers. In her current role, Amy finds it extremely rewarding to work behind the scenes with vendors to ensure the company is providing the best products and services for our customers.
Amy is proud to be a member of the National Ground Water Association (NGWA). In her free time, Amy enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her dog.
Vice President of Production
Tenure: 25 years
Greg joined Farm Pump & Irrigation in April 2000. He has held various positions within the company, including Well Developer & Tester, Purchasing Agent, Safety Manager, Water Screen Operations & Sales Manager, Dispatcher, and Production Manager. This wide range of experience allowed him to gain extensive knowledge of operations before he took on his current role as Vice President of Production. As a member of our leadership team, he enjoys working with our employees in the field to help our customers get the results they need.
Greg previously served as a Sergeant in the Marine Corps, an experience that taught him the importance of leadership, teamwork, and communication to overcome challenges. These skills prepared him well to become a leader and mentor within our company, as he strives to impart his knowledge to each employee that he works with to set them up for success. From the staff to the customers, Greg sees Farm Pump & Irrigation as a big family that contributes to each other’s growth.
In his free time, Greg spends time with his family and participates in various outdoor activities, including fly fishing, hiking, and camping. He is also a member of the National Ground Water Association (NGWA), an organization that advocates for the responsible use of groundwater.
